BDC Representative (Automotive Sales)
CarDome Auto Sales is one of Michigan's fastest-growing automotive dealerships, selling over 100 vehicles per month with customers nationwide. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
- Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and chat inquiries
- Schedule appointments for customers with our sales team
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
- Make outbound calls to unsold leads, previous customers, and service opportunities
- Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
- Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates and sales
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while providing outstanding customer service
QualificationsRequired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
Preferred
- Automotive BDC or dealership experience
- Sales or call center experience
- CRM experience (DriveCentric experience is a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Arabic or English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
