Seeking an energetic and motivated Part-time Marketing Representative to join our senior living community!
In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice that introduces prospective residents and their families to our fun filled senior establishment. Enthusiasm for community engagement, combined with strong communication skills will help showcase the benefits of our senior living services.
This position offers a flexible schedule perfect for individuals passionate about making a positive impact while developing valuable sales and marketing experience. You will play a vital role in managing the community's online presence, including creating content for social media (Facebook, Business Website), drafting emails, newsletters, and marketing material. Networking with local healthcare professionals, community organizations, and senior centers to establish strong referrals and a welcoming reputation is the ultimate goal.
Upon request, assisting the Director with coordinating outreach events, open houses, and public activities designed to attract seniors and their families to boost occupancy and referral relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach information to prospective residents, families, and referral partners to generate interest in our senior living community.
- Engage in professional marketing events and in person advertising, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our services.
- Develop and implement advertising strategies to increase community visibility through telemarketing campaigns and local outreach initiatives.
Skills:
- Demonstrates the ability to provide warm and energetic customer service while building trust with prospects, often assisting the Director.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and business development strategies relevant to senior living communities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a kind, proactive approach for outreach efforts and advertising.
