Duties
- Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverages with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to uphold health standards.
Skills
- Proven experience with restaurant POS systems
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Prior experience in fine dining or Japanese cuisine is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
