Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
This Inventory, Cycle Count, Data Clerk will manage, organize, and maintain critical logistics data
related to logistics SOW. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of
processing Bills of Lading, Packing Lists is required.

Consolidating FG product information, procuring invoices from Finance.

Processing outbound shipping documents - Bill of Lading, Packing List, Customer site information

Communication with the transportation carrier for documents and track / trace outbound shipments

Timely and accurate data entry of outbound shipments
-
Follow up with the transportation carrier for POD + Invoice
-
Daily cadence in maintaining Outbound Shipping Summary
-
Uploading outbound shipping documents in SAP and processing of carrier invoices for payment
-
Communication with freight forwards and confirming inbound delivery appointments

Daily updating the Inbound Delivery Calendar
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Resume is preferred, but not required to apply.

No diploma or experience required; experience in manufacturing preferred.

Fundamental knowledge to work with different computer applications.
-
Ability to use mobile systems, communication devices, and simple tool interfaces.

Ability to use simple hand tools and measurement tools
-
Basic Math skills appropriate to learn typical manufacturing production metrics
-
Able and willing to learn (interface with machine control panels, recognize quality, perform data analytics, troubleshoot issues and problem-solve
-
Proficiency in English language skills.

Must take a drug screen.
-
7-year background check for violent crime, sex offenses, and larceny.
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to work in manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for up to 12 hours per day.

Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

Ability to stoop, kneel, bend on occasional basis
-
Ability to reach above shoulder and below waist frequently
-
Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects repetitively on a frequent basis 20/40 vision in each eye (with or without correction) and the ability to distinguish between red, yellow, and green is required.
