Bahar & Reza Bridal & Couture House is an elite fashion destination specializing in bespoke wedding gowns, evening wear, and custom garment designs. To support our exciting relocation to our new boutique space in uptown Centerville, we are seeking a motivated, reliable, and style-conscious Bridal Retail Sales Associate / Bridal Stylist to join our collaborative team.

This role blends traditional luxury retail sales, digital brand support, and high-touch client styling. Whether you are an experienced bridal consultant looking to work with custom couture, or a polished retail professional eager to specialize in the bridal industry, we provide a supportive space with comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Couture Client Consultation: Engage incoming clients with a warm, approachable, and highly professional demeanor; guide brides and evening wear clients through specialized style consultations, measurements, and fittings.
- Point of Sale (POS) Administration: Operate boutique POS software systems to process financial transactions, custom orders, and service deposits accurately and efficiently.
- Boutique Communications: Manage the front-facing communication channels of the couture house, answering client emails and phone inquiries with a polished, professional tone.
- Merchandising & Floor Logistics: Maintain an impeccably organized sales floor through high-end visual merchandising, gown preservation, and meticulous stocking practices.
- Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist with boutique growth initiatives by contributing content, photos, and updates for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Event Execution: Support the boutique during trunk shows, runway exhibitions, fashion shows, and seasonal high-profile styling events.
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor to enhance their shopping experience. Provide excellent customer service during fittings and appointments
- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer emails and phone calls in a professional manner
- Maintain a well-organized sales floor through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
- Support boutique operations, including social media and marketing tasks
- Assist with shows and special events as needed
- Perform other duties based on the needs of the boutique

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bridal consultation
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Friendly, professional, and a team player
