Must be willing to work nights and weekends in a fast paced work environment. Previous managerial experience preferred with a strong emphasis in customer service and attention to detail. Experience in the kitchen and bartending preferred. Position will oversee servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and bussers. The Manager will report to the general manager and the Director of Operations. The Manager will be required to process end of day reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports along with other managers. Manager will also help inventory product, assist with food preparation, and general store opening procedures. The Manager is involved in training and hiring of hourly staff.
