ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Additional duties may be assigned)
- Execute the highest level of service when serving guests.
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness in the bar/ work area.
- Help in different areas when needed.
- Wipe down tables and chairs.
- Keep bar area clean and neat at all times.
- Collect dirty glasses, dishes, and utensils. Wash glasses, deliver dishes to restaurant.
- Maintain a good relationship all departments including restaurant, kitchen or leased operations.
- Follows all F&B procedures and agreements.
- Deliver room service when needed.
- Stock bar coolers and shelves with proper amount of alcohol.
- Save bottles and beer caps daily for inventory.
- Clean and maintain storage areas, liquor room, bar area and other work areas.
- Sweep, scrub, wax, vacuum and polish floors.
- Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
- Learn POS.
- Follow proper procedures for discounting food and or liquor.
- Wash windows, door panels, mirrors, and sills.
- Empty wastebaskets and all bar trash.
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
- Assist in banquet functions as needed.
- Assist in monthly inventories.
- Greet VIP guests and follow VIP procedures.
- Arrange for special services.
- Work with sales and convention services departments to ensure group needs are met.
- Confer and cooperate with all departments to ensure proper service levels.
- Complete daily bar tending tasks and duties.
- Know and execute emergency procedures.
- Follow and comply with all safety, alcohol laws and local regulations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
