Requirements:
- Be self-driven and highly motivated
- Have a proven track record of setting and achieving sales goals
- Ability to work independently and with team members and meet/exceed sales targets
- Have a reliable mode of transportation
- Have a cell phone with data and internet
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door to door canvassing in predetermined neighborhoods determined by your manager
- Identify interior and exterior painting needs on residential and commercial properties
- Schedule free, no obligation estimates for our sales teams to close - get paid bonuses for setting appintments!
Benefits:
- Up to $20/hour depending on experience
- Bonus for every appointment that is conducted by our sales team
- Commission for other business brought in outside of door to door canvassing
- Weekly training to sharpen your sales skills to help you see more success
