Position Summary PNE Pizza is seeking a motivated, high-integrity Crew Leader to join our store leadership team. As a Crew Leader, you will drive operational excellence, lead floor operations during assigned shifts, and ensure that every customer receives hot, fresh food with fast and friendly service. This role serves as a key bridge between store team members and store management, providing hands-on training, inventory control, and shift leadership while maintaining a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Floor Leadership & Team Supervision: Lead daily floor operations across all stations (front counter, pizza production, prep, landing, and sanitation); direct workflow speed and station positioning.
- Financial & Administrative Operations: Transport daily cash deposits to the bank, assist store management with weekly labor scheduling, and manage shift administration.
- Inventory & Ordering: Perform routine inventory audits, oversee stock rotation, and assist in generating accurate food ingredient and store supply orders.
- Quality Assurance & Food Safety: Monitor food execution to maintain strict quality, temperature, and visual standards; enforce local health code regulations and internal PNE Pizza hygiene standards.
- Training & Mentorship: Conduct structured onboarding and practical training for new Crew Members, fostering skill development and team cohesion.
- Customer Service Excellence: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction standards.
- Transportation Requirement: Applicants must have continuous access to a reliable personal vehicle for work-related duties, including bank deposits and emergency store supply runs.
- Operational Literacy: Ability to read, interpret, and act upon operational reports, product build sheets, inventory ledgers, and scheduling templates.
- Professional Standards: Strict adherence to company grooming guidelines, including a clean company uniform, slip-resistant footwear, and proper food hygiene practices (clean-shaven or compliant beard net usage).
- Attributes: Proven history of punctual attendance, strong verbal communication skills, and the physical stamina required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment requiring standing, bending, and lifting.
Pay: Up to $19.50 per hour
