Position Overview
We are seeking a polished, high-energy Wellness Concierge who thrives at the intersection of luxury hospitality and sales. This role serves as the face of Next Health—delivering an elevated client experience while driving membership growth and service revenue.
You will guide clients through our services, build meaningful relationships, and curate personalized wellness journeys in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a white-glove front desk experience from check-in to checkout
- Educate clients on services such as IV therapy, cryotherapy, and longevity treatments
- Drive membership sales, upgrades, and package purchases
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Proactively follow up with leads, prospects, and existing members
- Manage scheduling, client profiles, and POS transactions with precision
- Maintain a pristine, luxury-level front-of-house environment
- Collaborate with wellness teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or wellness sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Passion for health optimization, biohacking, and wellness trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Polished, professional presence with a hospitality-first mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Preferred Experience
- Background in wellness, aesthetics, or fitness industries
- Experience with membership-based sales models
- Familiarity with CRM or booking platforms
- Knowledge of services like IV therapy, NAD+, cryotherapy, hormone optimization or biohacking
