As a Fry Cook at Hibachi in a Box, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking fried menu items to perfection, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following food safety standards.
- Assisting with inventory management and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
- Supporting multi-concept and high-volume kitchen operations, including ghost kitchen setups.
- Collaborating with the team to meet customer demands, especially during busy late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
We’re searching for someone who brings energy, skill, and dedication to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, with a preference for those familiar with multi-concept, high-volume, or ghost kitchen operations.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Certification: ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
- Availability: Flexibility to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality food.
