We are looking for someone who will value our customers as much as we love their animals! Zionsville Animal Hospital is a small animal practice with five doctors on staff. Ideally we would love to find someone with previous veterinary experience. We are willing to train the right candidate but prefer someone with customer service in their background.
Duties include but not limited to: answering phones and emails, making appointments, greeting and checking in clientele. Multitasking is a must in this position! Must be comfortable dealing with animals of all sizes.
The current opening is for a full time position with some Saturday shifts also required, but off all major holidays and Sundays. We offer a generous benefit package including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, and 401K for workers working more than 30 hours per week.

- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
