Our client, a well-established, growing law firm, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, and employee engagement.
This role is ideal for an HR leader who enjoys balancing day-to-day operations with broader people initiatives supporting employee engagement, retention, and organizational growth.
Varied responsibilities, including managing full-cycle recruitment/onboarding, overseeing benefits administration/leave management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.
5+ years of employee relations, compliance, and recruitment required. HR certification (SHRM/HRCI) highly preferred.
