Job Summary

Duties
- Engage in sales activities by visiting potential and existing clients to promote insulation products and services
- Develop new business opportunities through strategic warm lead visits and territory management
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on insulation options and benefits
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability
- Coordinate with internal teams on project specifications, delivery schedules, and technical support to ensure seamless service delivery
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, or technical sales within the construction or building materials industry
- Strong management skills with a track record of territory management and business development success
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to foster long-term relationships
- Demonstrated ability to exceed targets
- Knowledge of insulation products, building codes, or related technical specifications is highly desirable
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for strategic planning
