Position Summary
Cashiers create the first impression of Rosie's for every guest.
By welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, you begin fulfilling our Purpose from the moment they walk through our doors. Every interaction helps shape the guest's experience and sets the tone for everything that follows.
By living our Values at the register, you lay the foundation upon which the rest of the guest experience is built.
Primary Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality.
- Accurately take guest orders and process payments.
- Learn the menu thoroughly enough to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front counter and dining room.
- Restock beverages, utensils, condiments, and guest supplies.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and fellow team members.
- Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to exceed expectations.
- Assist teammates wherever needed to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly.
- Uphold Rosie's standards for hospitality, cleanliness, professionalism, and teamwork.

Previous restaurant experience is appreciated, but not required. We are happy to teach the skills—we're looking for people who already possess the attitude and character that align with our Purpose and Values.
