Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food service team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS or Clover POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Assist with opening or closing duties, POS reconciliation, and sanitation checks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is a must.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, Clover POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
