We’re looking for a driven, energetic Manager to lead our location in Belen! This role is at the heart of our daily operations—motivating teams, driving performance, and creating outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized, and brings a true passion for hospitality and teamwork.
Annual Salary:
$51,480
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
- Handle cash management, reports, and basic administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with New Mexico health, safety, and labor regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some familiarity with general finance and accounting principles preferred.
