California College of Music (CCM) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admissions & Student Services Representative to support prospective and current students throughout their academic journey. This role combines admissions, student support, and institutional administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international higher education environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Explain academic programs, tuition, financial policies, and enrollment procedures.
- Assist students with admissions documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM and student records.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Support regulatory and administrative processes related to institutional compliance.
- Assist with reporting, student files, audits, and documentation required by regulatory agencies.
- Help organize recruitment initiatives, outreach campaigns, and admissions events.
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily college operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in college admissions, student services, higher education administration, or enrollment management.
- Knowledge of California higher education regulations and compliance is highly desirable.
- Experience working with BPPE, Federal Student Aid (FSA/Title IV), VA education benefits, SEVIS, or other higher education regulatory agencies is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
