Responsibilities
- Membership Sales – The Number One Focus of the Growth Manager role is centered around Membership Sales. We need a go getter who will do whatever it takes to hustle, grow the club's paying membership base month over month
- Brand promoters – when you love your gym, others will too. The growth manager establishes relationships with businesses and influencers in the community to promote the brand through B2B marketing. This person also helps coordinate and execute engagement campaigns, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts using assets and operations created by the Anytime Fitness corporate teams.
- Day-to-day operations – Club Growth Managers will be expected to take on club operations/tasks (Daily Calls, Emails, Marketing, Social Media promotion, connecting with local businesses and communities in person, setting a high bar standard with daily cleaning of the facilities, raising public reviews, driving referrals and being the primary driver of sales growth for the club.
- Culture creators – growth managers love creating an environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences with friends and family. They deliver top-notch customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person they meet.
Compensation
Compensation for the Sales Manager is composed of:
Hourly base + commission structure for selling and growing our paying members
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.15 - $30.00 per hour
