Peraton is seeking a Director of Capture with demonstrated success in leading capture teams and winning captures. As a Director of Capture, you will perform in a player/coach capacity, both leading the capture team for a $1.5B Cyber and Intelligence Sector and leading individual capture efforts. You are responsible for delivering strategic oversight, capture management, cross-functional collaboration, market analysis and intelligence, client engagement, performance monitoring, and process improvement. You provide mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure successful development and execution of capture plans across the organization. You work closely with executive leadership, business development, proposal operations, technical, and pricing teams to create and execute cohesive, competitive, and differentiated capture strategies. You implement capture processes and tools within the organization, leveraging best practices and incorporating AI into daily activities of the team.

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
