AM Servers earn gratuity, in addition to the $11.00 hourly wage. On average, Breakfast Servers earn $16-$20 per hour inclusive of tips.
Expected hours for the AM Server role is 6:00-11:00am Monday through Friday, and 6:00am - 12:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
AM Server Job Summary
Our AM Servers welcome our guests into the AC Kitchen with a friendly greeting and explain our breakfast concept using brand aligned verbiage. The AM Servers are responsible for assisting the guests throughout the breakfast dining experience including offering beverage service, assisting with placing orders from the a la carte menu, and building a rapport through thoughtful conversation. Knowledge of our local area is necessary to provide thoughtful recommendations to our guests. Our AM Servers have an inquisitive nature and ask questions about the guests’ stay and interests. Our AM Servers set up the AC Kitchen area including place settings, bussing tables as guests leave, refilling food and other items, and ringing up and delivering checks, and wishing our guests a fond farewell.
