Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a warm and welcoming dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen team.
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and specials.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, service stations, and other front-of-house areas.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up dining areas, restocking supplies, and completing side work.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
- Support catering events, special functions, and promotional activities as needed while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Ability to accurately handle orders, payments, and guest requests while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience using POS systems and restaurant technology is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while providing outstanding customer service.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
