Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related offerings.
- Manage POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area following food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices, especially in nightclub or banquet settings.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including catering events or fine dining occasions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling and retail math is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience with beverage preparation techniques, brewing knowledge, or hospitality industry background is preferred.
