Creative Maintenance Solutions (CMS) is Wisconsin’s leading epoxy flooring and polished concrete contractor — installing high-performance floor systems in facilities across the Midwest since 1989.
We are looking to add hardworking Installers to our team.
No experience required — we will train you.
If you already have experience in epoxy flooring or concrete polishing, we pay more for experience.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with installing epoxy floor coatings and polished concrete
- Operate surface prep equipment (grinders, vacuums, hand tools, auto scrubbers)
- Mix materials, stage tools, handle cleanup and site prep
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects safely and on time
- Learn a high-demand trade with real career growth potential
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be successful if you are:

✅ Able to work overtime and travel as needed
✅ Have a valid driver’s license (required)
Experience in epoxy flooring / polished concrete is a plus, but not required.
Pay & Benefits
- $20.00 – $26.00 per hour (higher with experience)
- Time-and-a-half for all hours over 40

Schedule
- Monday – Friday (10-hour shifts typical)
- Overtime + occasional weekends depending on project schedule
