This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful construction projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, healthcare, industrial and energy, infrastructure, institutional, and residential.
As a Bulldozer Fine Grade Operator, you will be responsible for precise grading and leveling, site preparation, and executing dozer-related tasks to meet project specifications. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring project success, including tasks related to earthmoving, stormwater management, and other essential site construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate bulldozer equipment safely and efficiently for site preparation, grading, and fine leveling tasks.
- Execute precision fine grading to meet project specifications.
- Perform earthmoving operations, including cutting, shaping, and spreading soil.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to meet project goals.
- Utilize laser grading systems to ensure accurate grade control.
- Manage stormwater control measures and contribute to pipe installation projects.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating heavy equipment.
