Job Overview
We are seeking someone with experience in retail sales. Actual sales, not just a cashier.
Must be proficient in upselling, downselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling. Must be coachable, willing to work, and have a desire to help people through education and demonstrations.
We are offering a guaranteed salary through a profit-sharing arrangement. You will own an equity % and receive cash commensurate with your hours.
Inside sales: bonuses and tips available on top of salary.
Optional outside sales: 100% commissions and bonuses available.
Must live locally, have reliable transportation, and have sales experience and references.
