COMPANY SUMMARY: Globizz Corp. is one of the first Japanese-English Bilingual FDA consulting firms. Globizz also has a division of business consulting for Japanese companies doing business in the United States.
POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a sales representative at a consulting firm. The position requires domestic and international travel. Bilingual, Japanese/ English a must. Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree. Business major is preferred.
Responsibilities:
-Handle prospect client inquiries over the phone, email and face to face
-Visit prospect clients to present Globizz consulting service and tailor needs
-Regular client follow-up visit
-Create proposals, quotes, review contracts
-Liaison between clients and Globizz researchers to complete projects
-Contact clients and seek for new opportunities to reach monthly sales target
-Closely communicate with the President and senior sales manager in Japan
-This position requires domestic & international travel
-Any other related duties might be assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Bilingual - English and Japanese (reading, writing and speaking)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher(business major is preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, organized, ability to work independently and be self-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills
Preferred:
-More than 2 yrs of sales experience
-Business experience, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical and food industry.
- Master's degree or higher
- Supervisory experience
-Strong with numbers
-Management or Team Leader experience
