What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of smokers—helping customers discover products they’ll love while delivering the kind of service that keeps them coming back. You'll play a big role in creating a welcoming experience and boosting store performance through consultative selling and upselling strategies.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly, knowledgeable attitude
- Guide customers through product options based on their preferences and needs Cross-sell and upsell accessories, e-liquids, disposables, and more Check customer IDs to ensure compliance with all age-restricted product laws Maintain clean, organized displays and help restock as needed Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently Stay updated on new products and promotions (we’ll train you!) Contribute to a positive team environment
Who You Are:
Friendly, reliable, and coachable
- A good communicator who’s comfortable talking to all kinds of people Detail-oriented and quick to learn about new products and systems Available to work flexible hours (weekdays, weekends, part-time or full-time) 18+ and able to legally sell age-restricted products Experience in vape/smoke retail is a plus—but not required
