- Provides education in-service training to the teachers and parents
- Provides classroom teachers with training in the relationship based curriculum and appropriate developmental screenings and assessment instruments
- Provides feedback to classroom teachers on written plans and ongoing assessment
- Encourages classroom teaching team to work together as a team
- Other duties as assigned by Head Start Director or Education Manager
