Award Construction is looking for a motivated and safety-minded Construction Craftsperson / Laborer to grow with our experienced team. Our projects span the Western Washington region, with new opportunities always on the horizon!

Construct public works utility projects infrastructure improvements - Generally

Install technical mechanical well heads as well as yard PVC lines - Specific to this project

Operate construction equipment (roller, excavator, etc.) as needed

Ensure worksite safety and compliance with industry standards

Collaborate closely with team members to meet project goals efficiently

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Commitment to jobsite safety and best practices

Physical stamina to work in varying outdoor conditions

Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Adaptability for diverse tasks and environments

Previous experience in construction labor or craftsperson roles (public works preferred)

Ability to follow safety protocols at all times

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work well in a team environment

Experience with utilities: storm, sewer, and/or water systems

Familiarity with mechanical and PVC line installation
-
Experience operating construction equipment (roller, excavator, etc.)

Relevant industry certifications (OSHA, flagger, etc.)

Competitive hourly wage: $50.00–$95.00/hr (prevailing wage rates)
