About the role
We're a growing residential and short-term rental cleaning company based in Rapid City. Our team serves a large and expanding client base. We're looking for a dependable, people-oriented coordinator to join our small leadership team and help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is primarily an admin and coordination position that can be done remotely, WiFi required. You'll own a clear set of responsibilities — from tracking employee accountability to appreciating our team to responding to client reviews. You'll work closely with our operations manager and ownership.
You'll also be trained on our cleaning process and expected to be on-call for cleaning coverage one weekend per month. We're a team, and everyone knows how the work gets done.
What you'll do
Employee accountability & tracking
- Monitor daily clock-in and clock-out and flag issues promptly
- Track employee points, raise eligibility, and benefits
- Manage time-off requests and identify upcoming staffing gaps
- Help coordinate coverage when shifts need to be filled
- Track and reconcile employee tips on a biweekly basis
Client-facing tasks
- Monitor and respond to client reviews on Google and other platforms
- Flag recurring feedback or concerns to the operations manager
Team appreciation
- Send birthday and work anniversary acknowledgments to all team members
- Help plan and coordinate team get-togethers and appreciation events
- Keep an updated employee milestone calendar
Cleaning coverage
- Complete a full training on our cleaning standards and processes
- Be available on-call for cleaning coverage one weekend per month
- Step in as needed when staffing gaps require it

- Comfortable with basic apps and software (we'll train you on our tools)
- Physical ability to perform cleaning work when coverage is needed
- Prior experience in admin, customer service, or a coordination role is a plus — not required
- Cleaning experience is not required — we'll train you

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
