About the Opportunity
GSG Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Implementation Management Analyst III to support organizational change, workforce planning, and staffing initiatives for a Texas state agency.
This position combines organizational development, project coordination, and human resources collaboration to ensure successful implementation of agency initiatives while supporting workforce planning, position management, recruitment, and onboarding activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, or Change Management.
What You'll Do
- Develop, review, and maintain job descriptions and organizational documentation.
- Conduct job audits and position analyses.
- Coordinate position management activities and required approvals.
- Partner with Human Resources and agency leadership on workforce planning initiatives.
- Support recruitment efforts by developing job posting materials and screening criteria.
- Assist with applicant screening and candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
- Facilitate meetings with agency stakeholders and leadership.
- Support organizational change initiatives and implementation planning.
- Develop work plans, project documentation, and status reports.
- Monitor staffing readiness activities and implementation milestones.
- Identify organizational risks and support successful workforce transitions.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant professional experience may substitute for education.
