Friday-Tuesday. 25-30hrs/week - weekend availability required!!
As a Barista, you’ll be crafting delicious drinks, chatting with our awesome regulars about all things coffee, and delivering genuinely great service with a smile. If you love people, love coffee, and can keep your cool when the line gets long, you’ll fit right in here.
Pay: $12–$14 DOE + tips (typically an extra $5–$15/hr)
What you’ll do:
- Craft a variety of hot and cold drinks—from classic coffee to specialty creations
- Take orders quickly, accurately, and with a good vibe
- Make every customer feel welcome and taken care of
- Keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Follow food safety guidelines to keep everything fresh and high quality
- Help with light food prep when needed
- Handle cash and operate the register confidently
- Stay sharp on menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods
- Suggest drinks, upsell goodies, and share what’s new
- Work closely with your team to keep things flowing (even during the rush)
