House Keeper Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas, offices and campus sitting areas
- Detailed cleaning of resident suites and cottages within the allotted time schedule
- Report any and all safety concerns for residents and/or building issues to management
- Responsible for trash collection and removal and maintaining trash receptacles and collection areas in a clean, sanitary manner
Qualifications
- Desire to work with seniors
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Demonstrates good time management skills and is able to handle multiple tasks
- Demonstrates good judgement, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work with little to no supervision while following company policies and procedures
Requirements
- One-year experience preferred
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift 40 Ibs. on a regular basis, stand for extended periods of time, and able to work around pets a must

Your responsibilities: * Clean all public spaces, including lobbies, dining rooms, restrooms, etc. *In charge of cleaning residents apartments on a weekly basis to perform basic cleaning of bathrooms, living areas and kitchenettes while respecting resident privacy * Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested * Submit maintenance work orders to the maintenance team as needed Required skills and qualifications: * High school diploma or GED * One year of housekeeping experience preferred * Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public * Day 8am-4pm or as scheduled, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed * Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
