Strada Services is looking for Experienced Residential AC Installers to join our team.

What You'll Do
- Install HVAC systems in new residential construction homes
- Install ductwork, air handlers, condensers, thermostats, grilles, bath fans, and refrigerant piping
- Follow manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Complete required documentation and operational reports
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, builders, and team members
- Safely operate a company vehicle when required
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience (ductwork and/or equipment installation)
- Experience working independently on residential new construction projects
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Own basic HVAC hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety and delivering quality workmanship
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
