Job Summary:
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler III to support a leading manufacturing and engineering organization. This position is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical assembly experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
The Electro-Mechanical Assembler III will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex electro-mechanical systems and equipment while working closely with engineering and production teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems, subassemblies, and components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Perform wiring, cable routing, pneumatic tubing, and mechanical assembly of equipment and systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and technical documentation
- Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and basic diagnostics on assemblies and systems
- Identify and resolve assembly issues while maintaining quality and production standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and test equipment safely and effectively
- Support prototype builds, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to support project completion
- Train and assist junior assemblers as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company and OSHA standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school or vocational training preferred
- 3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and system integration
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and testing equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with pneumatic systems and cable assemblies preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
