Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers and large-scale systems
Lead job sites and provide guidance and support to junior technicians
Perform preventative maintenance and routine system inspections
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards
Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members
Required Qualifications
5+ years of commercial HVAC and chiller service experience
EPA Refrigerant Certification (Required)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Must be at least 21 years old (company vehicle requirement)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Leadership experience or ability to mentor junior technicians
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on centrifugal, screw, or scroll chillers
Advanced electrical troubleshooting experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
