You'll join a close knit team of around 20 people where you'll manage your own client relationships, meet directly with business owners and individuals, and take ownership of your work from start to finish. It's a role for someone who enjoys being trusted rather than micromanaged.
The work is broad, covering both business and individual tax, with plenty of variety throughout the year. If there's an area you'd like to specialise in over time, the owner is genuinely open to helping you build that into your role. They've already done exactly that for other members of the team.
The culture is built around flexibility, trust, and giving people the space to do their best work. Hybrid working is preferred while you're getting established, becoming more flexible as time goes on. If you're self motivated, enjoy building relationships with clients, and like having ownership over your workload, you'll fit in well here.
They're looking for someone with around 2 to 3 years of public accounting tax experience, at least a year of client facing responsibility, and either an EA or CPA, or someone working towards one.
