We are hiring an Hourly Manager for a fast casual restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can help run shifts, lead team members, protect food quality, and keep the restaurant operating the right way.
This position is best for someone who wants to grow in restaurant management and is willing to work hard, learn fast, and take ownership during their shift.

Hourly Manager Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
- Work with the General Manager to follow food safety standards
- Balance speed, quality, cleanliness, and guest service
- Make sure food is prepared to company standards
- Follow portion sizes, recipes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules
- Ensure team members use checklists and follow procedures
- Help maintain proper prep levels based on sales
- Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and daily paperwork
- Help control food cost, waste, and labor during the shift
- Coach and train team members
- Help hold employees accountable
- Maintain equipment and report issues as needed
- Assist with training and developing hourly team members
What We Are Looking For
- 1 year + restaurant experience required
- Previous shift lead, or management experience required
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to lead people in a fast-paced restaurant
- Willingness to learn and follow company policy
- Takes initiative and does not wait to be told every step
- Strong focus on food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
- Open availability required
- Must be able to work a changing schedule, including weekends and holidays

Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable and able to lead by example
