As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving occupancy through relationship building, strategic marketing, and community engagement.
Key responsibilities include:

Lead all sales and marketing efforts to achieve and exceed occupancy goals.

Develop and execute the community's annual sales and marketing plan.

Build referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior organizations, and other professional partners.

Conduct community tours and sales presentations for prospective residents and their families.

Guide prospects through the decision-making process from initial inquiry through move-in.

Plan and coordinate advertising, newsletters, public relations initiatives, and marketing campaigns.

Represent the community at networking events, community outreach programs, and professional organizations.

Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and referral sources to enhance the community's reputation.

Oversee and coordinate a seamless move-in experience for new residents and their families.

Develop departmental budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
This position reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for leading the community's sales efforts while providing direction and oversight within the Sales Department.
The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales or marketing experience, preferably within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry.

Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.

Strong presentation, communication, and networking skills.

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile liability insurance.

Ability to travel locally for marketing and networking activities.

Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
Salary: $75,000–$80,000 annually
