Job Description:

Company is seeking a full-time floating residential leasing agent for our apartment communities located in Northern Kentucky . Must have leasing experience, basic customer service experience and capable of multi-tasking & work independently. If you have the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, positive attitude and basic customer service skills and seeking an opportunity and challenge with a great company, look no further!
Position is strongly based on sales and customer service. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Following up on leads, Renting apartments, and advertising. Responsible for customer service to all tenants.
Office duties include: Emails, follow up phone calls, assisting Property Manager.
Overtime if needed
Leasing experience a must. Must have some sort of sales or customer service experience, must be knowledgeable with Gmail and all Microsoft programs, reliable a must, team player, bubbly personality, organized etc.
Salary: Starting at $20.00 per hour based on experience with full benefits and 401k with company match.
