Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to this same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days for non-holiday periods, and a maximum of 3 days when the requested time off falls on or near a holiday

Only one holiday RTO request will be approved per contract; RTO during the holiday period must be spread out and not taken on consecutive days
