Responsibilities
- Review and propose estimates based on job assessment.
- Perform service plumbing repairs and installations using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installations.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues.
- Thread pipes and perform basic math calculations for measurements.
- Communicate with customers/provide customer service
- Assist with carpentry tasks as needed.
- Lift heavy objects and equipment as required.
- Follow schematics and diagrams for complex plumbing systems.
- Apply handyman experience to complete various maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- 2000+ plumbing hours logged with LNI
- Valid driver's license, insurable
- Customer service experience
