Small Insurance Agency looking for a full-time experienced Customer Service Representative. Preferred Insurance Experience for Property & Casualty Lines of business. P&C License preferred but not required. If not licensed, willing to go to classes to get licensed.

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Multi-company tasking (25 companies represented)
- Gathering quote information and put into rater.
- Policy changes to carriers and follow-up for issuance
- Data Entry
- Additional duties as time permits
- If licensed, quote and submit new business applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
