Automotive Lube Technician / Express Tech – Cox Mazda
Location: Bradenton, FL
Pay: $15.00+ per hour (based on experience) + performance incentives
Cox Mazda is a fast-growing service department serving Manatee and Sarasota County. We are hiring both:
- Entry-Level Trainees (no experience required)
- Experienced Lube / Express Technicians
- Minimum age for hiring is 18 years of age

Position OptionsEntry-Level Trainee (No Experience Needed)
We will train the right candidate.
- Learn oil changes, tire rotations, inspections
- Work alongside experienced technicians
- Clear path to promotion into mainline technician role
Experienced Lube Technician
- Perform maintenance services efficiently and accurately
- Complete multi-point inspections
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
Requirements (All Candidates)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Strong attendance and reliability (non-negotiable)
- Ability to work with urgency and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
For Experienced Techs:
- Minimum 1 year automotive service experience
Pay & Growth
- Starting at $15.00/hour minimum
