We are urgently seeking an experienced Regional Restaurant Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations in the Lakewood, New Jersey area.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Proven experience managing 3 or more restaurant locations
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Experience overseeing restaurant operations, staff, scheduling, and performance
- Ability to identify operational issues and implement solutions
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Resume demonstrating relevant multi-location management experience is required
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations
- Manage and support restaurant managers and staff
- Monitor service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Ensure locations are properly staffed and operating efficiently
- Address operational and employee issues
- Monitor performance and ensure company procedures are followed
- Work closely with ownership to improve overall restaurant performance
Schedule
- 5 days per week
- 8 hours per day
- Flexible schedule and shifts based on the needs and demands of the restaurants
Compensation: $25–$30/hour, based on experience.
