The Role
We're hiring two Production Support Leads — one dedicated to the ICF line and one to the Sheetfoam line. Same role, same expectations, different equipment. Each person will own their line completely.
This isn't a desk job — you'll be on the floor, working alongside the team, filling gaps, watching the numbers, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What You'll Do
- Work a production line as part of your regular shift
- Monitor machine cycle times throughout the day and flag anything running slow or out of spec
- Track progress against daily production goals — you'll know at any point in the shift whether the line is on pace
- Plan and manage break and lunch rotation so machines never sit idle
- Move operators to where they're needed and fill gaps yourself when necessary
- Keep both lines in view — catch problems early before they compound
- Be the first point of contact when operators need direction, reassignment, or a hand
- Escalate equipment issues fast and follow through until they're resolved
What Success Looks Like
Both lines run from start of shift to end of shift. Daily targets are tracked in real time — no surprises at 3 o'clock. Breaks happen on schedule without stopping production. Equipment issues get caught and escalated before they become downtime. Operators always know who to go to.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on manufacturing experience — you've worked the floor, not just watched it
- Comfortable running equipment on the ICF or Sheetfoam lines, or willing to learn fast
- Sharp situational awareness — you notice things before they become problems
- Steady under pressure — when something goes sideways, you move, not freeze
- A team-first attitude — you'll fill the gap yourself before you ask someone else to
Reporting
Reports directly to the Production Manager.
