Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain screen printing equipment, manage colors, and make sure all printed products meet quality standards.
Duties
- Set up and operate screen printing presses.
- Match and manage colors for consistent, high-quality prints.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot printing equipment and compressors.
- Check finished products for quality and correct any issues.
- Work with the design team when needed.
- Follow job instructions and meet production deadlines.
- Follow all safety rules when operating equipment.
Skills
- Experience with screen printing, including manual or automatic presses.
- Knowledge of color matching and color management.
- Ability to read and follow production instructions.
- Basic understanding of layouts, typography, and print design.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot and adjust equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
