Chubbys Express in Lehi is hiring a Cashier/Server to be the friendly face of our restaurant and keep service moving fast. You'll greet guests, take and ring up orders, and make sure every customer leaves happy. If you love working with people, stay upbeat under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. Experience is a plus, but we're happy to train someone with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take orders accurately and operate the register/POS system
- Handle cash and card payments and make correct change
- Keep the front counter, dining area, and drink stations clean and stocked
- Answer questions about the menu and help guests with their orders
- Work quickly during busy rushes to keep lines moving and wait times short
- Communicate with the kitchen and team to keep service smooth and on time
What We're Looking For:
- A friendly, people-first attitude with great customer service skills
- Able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication and a positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual, with availability for part-time shifts
- Prior cashier, server, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
