Responsibilities
- Safely transport food from the kitchen to guests’ tables, adhering to proper handling and safety procedures
- Support the kitchen team with manual handling of heavy trays, pots, and equipment using safe lifting practices
- Ensure all food running duties comply with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and guests to coordinate timely service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas by assisting with general cleaning and organization of utensils, dishes, and workspaces
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices is essential
